If you receive pottery that you are not 100% happy with, please contact us at hello@ruthmoffatt.com and we will send you instructions on how to ship the items back to us safely. We will then issue you a full refund once we receive the pieces in “like new” condition within 30 days of receiving your product.

Items will be shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days of ordering.
